Instant Pot Mashed potatoes and Our Favorite Corn

Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes Ingredients: 3lb potatoes, peeled and cut into thirds 1 stick salted butter salt  milk After potatoes are peeled place them into the Instant Pot on the trivet.  Add 2 cups of water. Cook on Manual for 8 minutes. Rapid release pressure. Strain potatoes. Place the stick of butter into the Instant Pot. Add the potatoes back into the Instant Pot. Using an electric mixer or hand masher, mash potatoes. add salt and milk to taste.  According to my family these potatoes are better than any potatoes we've ever boiled on the stove top and they are so simple! And here's a little bonus...Its not air fried or from the instant pot...It's from the MICROWAVE! My family absoutely loves this corn.  I cook 2 packages exactly as the package directs (5 minutes per bag in our microwave but it varies by the wattage of your microwave) Add 1 stick salted butter salt to taste  and 1 tablespoo...

Air Fryer Fried Chicken

Air Fryer Fried Chicken Ingredients: Chicken, my family prefers thighs. This was a 4.5lb package. You can adjust for more or less chicken depending on your family size. Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour Andy's chicken breading Mild and PAM Canola oil cooking spray  In a large bowl mix 1 cup Kentucky Kernel Seasoned flour and 1/2 cup Andy's chicken breading. (I actually did 2 cups of kentucky kernel and 1 cup of Andy's and this was way too much) Add chicken. Cover with lid and shake to coat the chicken in breading. Once coated remove from the bowl and place on a plate. Place the plate into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. This will allow the breading to fully stick to the chicken. After 30 minutes remove from the refrigerator and place into the basket of your air fryer in a single layer. Using the Pam Canola Oil Cooking spray spritz the top of your chicken to moisten the breading.  After spritzing with oil...
