Keshia's Hashbrown Casserole


1 24oz bag of frozen shredded hashbrowns
1 cup sour cream
1/2 onion, diced
2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese (1 cup to mix in and 1 cup to top casserole)
1 stick butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste

Mix in a large bowl

spread into 9x13 casserole dish



top with remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese



Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins or until cheese is bubbly 




Serve and Enjoy!
